 The YMCA is the place to be! Let the YMCA host your next pool party. It might be a birthday, team celebration, church fellowship or for just no reason at all, come have fun at the Easley YMCA Outdoor Pool! *During the party, you will have the pool all to yourself! Times ReservationsFridays 7:00-9:00pm MembersSaturdays 9:00-11:00am Non-Members Begin on March 1st, 2010 Saturdays 7:00-9:00pm Sundays 7:00-9:00pm PricingLess than 30 Swimmers 30 to 45 SwimmersMembers: $100 $125 Non-Member: $130 $155 *Only count the number of swimmers when registering, not the total attendance. Contact the Aquatics Director for parties with more than the maximum amount of swimmers. Additional fee will apply.* Notes: 1) At the beginning of each party, swimmers will be swim tested to ensure their safety. Life jackets will be provided for those that qualify. 2) If a party host brings more swimmers than registered for, the lifeguards may require limited swimming. 3) The host will be responsible for any damages during the party. *4) Lap swimming is available to members during the Saturday morning pool parties. Reschedule and Cancellations:Reschedule - If you need to reschedule your party, there is a $25 rescheduling fee.Weather - If weather prevents the party from taking place, the YMCA will issue a full refund. Host Cancels- 14 days before the party Full Refund 7 days before the party Half Refund Within 7 days No Refund *Host must send email to heather@pcymca.net to cancel the party. |
