PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ONLINE REGISTRATIONS ARE CHARGED AS FULL PROGRAM FEES. IF YOU QUALIFY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP OR SPECIAL DISCOUNT, REGISTRATION SHOULD BE HANDLED AT THE BRANCH.
