Background: Growing up in a military family I was involved in every sport, event, or activity
available. I’m still involved in running(road and trail), triathlons(road and
trail), hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, mixed martial arts(muy thai and krav
maga mainly), and anything else fun I can get into. That active lifestyle has
stuck with me all my life and has helped me push towards a career and life in
wellness. While seeking a degree in Health Science and Exercise Physiology I obtained
various certifications in safety, nutrition, and fitness. I also gained much experience
while training with the US Army and their Infantry School, Airborne School, Ranger
Units and Special Operations Command. I’ve taught numerous clients of all ages
and fitness levels, with many different needs and goals in mind, and I pride myself
in continually meeting and surpassing those goals. I believe healthy living is
a blessing, the only way to live, and I fully enjoy teaching others in all aspects
of health and wellness.
