Boys Get Fit
This program is designed to introduce boys to the aspects of being healthy
and fit. Classes last 60 minutes and will be held twice a week. Classes will consist
of:

Group Cycling

Climbing Wall

Expresso Bikes

Agility Training & Plyometrics

The goal of the program is to build a healthier self esteem for each boy, to
help him become and stay physically healthy and fit, and to develop and maintain
the exercise habit!
When: July 8-August 14
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8am-9am
Where: Easley Facility

FREE to MEMBERS ONLY
Goal: To prepare and train for the Reedy River 5K or 1 Mile Fun Run (optional)
March 1st and/or participate in a practice race at the Y the week before.
Come dressed to run outside!

Tuesdays 9:30am to 10:15am

Held upstairs on in the Aerobic Room
Bring your 1 to 5 year old & enjoy exercise, games, singing, and creative
movement to music together!
Now includes a segment of Chroga (Christian Based Yoga) for kids.
FREE to YMCA members
You may join at any time.
Fathers, Grandparents, and Babysitters w/ tots are welcome too!
