Race Description
The Pickens County YMCA Tri the Ridge Sprint Triathlon is the final event in the
Upstate YMCA Sprint Triathlon Series. It's a fun, yet challenging race for
beginners and experienced athletes.  Relays are welcome.  
This event will use ChampionChip Timing.

The swim will be 300 yards in a 25 yard pool with water temperatures in the low to mid 80's. The 20K bike will be a hilly loop course on back roads that give you glimpses of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. The  5K run will be on rolling roads through residential areas surrounding the YMCA.

Packet pick up will be from 6pm-7:30pm on Sept. 5th, and 6am-6:45am on Sept. 6th.  Please bring a photo ID and proof of USAT membership.

If you are not a USAT member you will be required to pay $10.00 for a one day USAT license.
