Being healthy means more than simply being physically active.  It's about maintaining a balanced spirit, mind and body.  The Y is a place where you can work toward that balance by challenging yourself to
learn a new skill or hobby, fostering connections with friends through our lifelong learning program, or bringing your loved ones closer together through our many family-centered activities.  At the Y, it's
not about the activity you choose as much as it is about the benefits
of living healthier on the inside as well as the outside. 



QUICK START

This program is designed to get you up and going quickly.  You will receive a short assessment and then a Strive orientation.  No follow up or other commitments to make!  One and done!

A NEW YOU!

The premier wellness program of the Pickens County YMCA!  You will meet with a wellness coach on a preset schedule over 8 weeks for a total of 5 hours to reach your health and wellness goals.  You will receive a one hour consultation and assessment, 6 sessions of a 30 minute workout with a trainer, and a one hour final assessment and graduation.

Cost:      Members:             $20
              Non-Members:     $320
               


PERSONAL TRAINING

The most effective program with the most results!  You will work one on one with a trainer that is scheduled around your needs and wellness goals.  If you want the highest chance of reaching your wellness goals, this is the program for you.

WALK WITH EASE
                  

Led by a certified instructor, these one-hour classes meet Monday,Wednesday and Friday for six weeks and are designed to be relaxing and enjoyable.  Whether you need relief from arthritis pain or just want to be active, the Arthritis Foundation Walk with Ease program can help you.
