STRENGTH

DEFINED STRENGTH
Sculpt, strengthen and add definition to the muscles of the upper body, lower body and core. Use bars, dumbbells, resistance tubing, your own body weight.

TRX
Suspension Training body weight exercises that develops strength, balance, flexibility and increases core stability.  

TRX FLOW
Suspension Training with a little flow, rhythm and balance. Build real strength in your arms, shoulders, back and legs.

TRX + BOOT CAMP
A combination of TRX class and Boot Camp (circuit training that alternates between strength exercise and aerobic
activities).  



H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training)

FIRE (FITNESS INTENSE/INTERVAL + RESISTANCE EXERCISE)
A total body workout:  Intervals of various types of resistance training (bars, bands, weights, balls, own body weight, etc.) sure to produce a "burn" and interspersed with heart-pumping cardio (may include TABATAS). 

BEAST MODE™
An intense strength and endurance training class developed by ACSM and CrossFit certified instructors.

BEAST MODE™ 101
Required before beginning regular classes. An introduction to the class format, with an emphasis on proper technique for the most common lifts.

JILLAN MICHAELS BODY SHRED®
Class designed to shred fat, define muscle and enhance your overall health and athletic performance. 

HIIT
A 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training class that includes Cardio, Plyo and/or Strength.

TABATA
Interval class with several periods of Tabata rounds - 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest.


GROUP CYCLING

GROUP CYCLING
A class on a stationary bike set to music.  Bikes are adjustable to various levels of difficulty. 

COLOR CYCLE
Join a room full of IC7 Matrix Color Bike* riders led by a certified instructor. Program in your personal power number (FTW) and use colors to maximize the power potential of your ride.  *The IC7’s Coach By Color training console uses one of the world’s simplest yet most universal form of communication to maximize instruction, motivation and reward during workouts. The console color display lights up in one of five colors corresponding to a user’s WattRate power meter readings or heart rate output. This reading tells riders whether they need to ratchet up or dial back their effort.

CYCLE + STRENGTH

A combination class of Group Cycling and Defined Strength.

CYCLE + YOGA
A combination class of Group Cycling and Yoga.

MIND, BODY & SPIRIT

PILATES
Improves your mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility and strengthens and lengthens muscles.

PIYO LIVE!®

Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. Crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

YOGA

Yoga approached from a Christian/physiologic/mind-body-connection perspective.  Includes traditional yoga poses, breathing techniques and stretches that require flexibility, strength, balance and concentration.

YOGAFIT®
Combines fitness moves such as push-ups, sit-ups and squats with traditional yoga postures linked together in a flowing format. Blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format.

YOGA/PILATES FUSION
A combination class of Yoga and Pilates.


***Children ages 8 and up who are members may attend classes if they are accompanied by a parent.  Certain rules apply for children to participate in the classes.  Please check with the instructor for further information.

DANCE

DANCE STEP EXPRESS
Combines the fun moves of dance with the high intensity of step into one awesome class.

ZUMBA
An aerobic exercise class based on Latin-inspired and contemporary dance moves.  With variable music speeds and complexity, all ages and fitness levels can work out together and be challenged.  Come join "The Party"!

Y-JAZZ DANCE

Upbeat music, calorie burning dance moves are paired with muscle defining exercises to offer a total body workout.


ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS

YogaFit® (for Senios)
Combines fitness moves such as push-ups, sit-ups and squats with traditional yoga postures linked together in a flowing format. Blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. Accessible, understandable, and suitable for active older adults.

SilverSneakers® Classic (formally known as Muscular Strength and Range of Movement)
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, along with a chair for seated and/or standing support.

SilverSneakers® Circuit (formally known as Cardio Circuit)
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout.  Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography.  A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

SilverSneakers® Yoga (formally known as YogaStretch)
A beginning level class that offers stretching, balance, concentration and relaxation.  A chair is used for seated and/or standing support as needed.

FUNCTIONAL EVERYDAY LIVING TRAINING (Formally known as Body Recall)
A total body conditioning and awareness class, especially perfect for Senior.

CARDIO

CARDIO H.I.T.
Calisthenics, step, slide, BOSU or combinations thereof are utilized to provide heart pumping cardio in a High Intensity/Interval Training format.

CARDIO/CORE
Cardio vascular training combined with core strengthening.

SUMMER SHAPE-UP BOOT CAMP
Five weekly intense classes that will include Strength/Cardio work & designed to jump start your summer exercise plan.

STEP UPDATED
Choose your own step height with variable risers, stepping up and down in creative and cutting edge ways.
