Ever wanted to run a 5k but don’t think you are able to be a “runner”?

Our “Couch to 5k” program is designed to get you ready to run. This program is led by a Running Specialist coach who will work with every participant in the program on stride and breathing techniques that
will help each individual reach the group’s end goal of running a 5K together – as a TEAM.

Participants meet once a week on Saturdays for 10 weeks to train followed by homework and virtual engagement with their coach during the week.

Program will start September 10th 2022
