Join us for a Family Fun Day  as we celebrate National Physical Fitness and Sports month. Face painting, games, a family Zumba class and lunch will be provided.

Maggie Boyton from Skin by Maggie will be coming in to provide information about maintaining healthy skin, face washing and proper sunscreen use.

Join our very own Dennis Loftis and Lee Dillingham for a day of fun. Starting with kids fitness assessments, followed by face painting then a group exercise class for the kids. Health soup and salad will be served for lunch.

FEMALE SELF DEFENSE CLASS
AUGUST 5

Lt. Brian Bolding from the Pickens Sheriffs Department will provide information on how to stay safe in our daily activities. This will be followed by a hands on self defense demonstration. Please wear workout clothes.

HEALTHY RECIPE DAY
OCTOBER 14

This is your chance to show off your cooking skills. Bring your favorite health recipe dish for all to enjoy. We will begin the day with a co-ed softball game followed by lunch. There will be a prize for the most tasty dish served.

MIRACLE HILL MINISTRIES & CLOTHING DRIVE
DECEMBER 23

Kris Blackmon from Miracle Hill will be available to speak about the boys home ministry. We will serve holiday cookies and drinks. Clothing Drive Needs: Socks, underwear and pajamas for ages 4 & up (sizes 4T - Youth XL & Adult S, L & XL)
