Shallow Water Fitness
Provides a high-intensity workout using water resistance without the impact of traditional land classes.
Exercises are performed with foam noodles and dumbbells in shallow water.
A high intensity cardiovascular workout that can be modified for all levels and keeps you moving throughout the duration of the class. Designed to improve endurance, strength, flexibility, agility and balance. Resistance equipment is provided and can be used. Workout can be done in shallow and/or deep water.
Gentle Aqua Exercise
This class is designed for those challenged with effects of arthritis, fibromyalgia and MS as well as those recovering from joint injury or surgery. The primary focus of this class is to strengthen muscles and improve joint flexibility and range of motion.
