Our certified instructors are passionate about helping you succeed, offering motivation and modifications along the way so you feel confident every step of your journey. In every class, you’ll find a welcoming environment where friendships are built, and progress is celebrated together.

Strength Classes

Beast Mode

An intense strength and endurance training class developed by ACSM and coached by a CrossFit Level 1 Coach/US Weightlifting Sports Performance Level 1 Coach. Intensity can be varied depending on athletic ability, beginners welcome.

This class will keep your body guessing – a combination of functional strength, core, and HIIT training. Equipment used includes barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, slam balls, kettlebells and track running.

RIP by Group RX is a barbell workout that incorporates functional strength training. Every movement of plan is attacked using weights and bodyweight. Classes are choreographed to heart thumping songs to make every workout fresh and fun.

Bootcamp style class for all fitness levels that uses a variety of equipment to push you to your limits and improve your strength and endurance.

A total-body workout built on the principles of Escalating Density Training (EDT) — a strength-focused training method that challenges you to do more work in the same amount of time.

TRX-uses suspension training to work entire body. Class includes: strength, cardio and stretch. 

Cardio Classes

Cycle

A cardio kicker class on stationary bikes set to music. Bikes are adjustable to various levels of difficulty so the workout is personalized to you. Please be aware that the cycle room has flashing lights. Please advise the instructor if you have flashing light sensitivity.

A total body workout: Intervals of various types of resistance training (bars, bands, weights, balls, own body weight, etc.) sure to produce a “burn” and interspersed with heart-pumping cardio (may include TABATAS).

This class will knock out how you look at cardio! Strength moves from kickboxing mixed with high-intensity interval training to torch calories and feel empowered. 

H.I.I.T. training that incorporates basic striking and martial art fundamentals. Training consists of conditioning drills for striking, body weight exercises, and free weights. Gloves are recommended but not required.

Every week a new class (posted beforehand so there are no surprises). It keeps your mind and body guessing and makes every workout interesting and fun.

Y-ROX is a high-intensity functional fitness class inspired by the global HYROX race format—designed to challenge your endurance, strength, and mental grit. This class blends running and machine intervals with functional movements like sled pushes, rowing, wall balls, and more to simulate the structure of an actual HYROX event. All levels are welcome!

Mind & Body Classes

Barre

Barre is a low-impact, high-energy workout that blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training. Set to motivating music, barre offers a full-body burn while staying gentle on the joints—perfect for all fitness levels.

Flowing rhythmic movements that work the small, often neglected supporting muscles.  No Muscle Left Behind. Both components incorporate proper breathing techniques.

A 45-minute blast for your midsection focusing on strengthening your abdominals, lower back, and core muscles through both standing and mat movement. Light dumbbells may be used for added resistance. 

POP Pilates® is where strength meets flexibility. Think highly-focused movements that leave your body toned and transformed. This isn’t your average workout. It’s a dance on the mat.

Total body workout using a variety of equipment to tone muscles. Flexibility and balance training ending with functional stretching long holds

This class is designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a focus on the power of breath awareness. Flow yoga classes tend to be more aerobic at times and can have a variety of music and themes.




Dance Classes

Bolly-Groove

Bollywood-inspired dance fitness class that blends vibrant movement, uplifting music, and joyful energy. It’s easy to follow and open to all levels—perfect whether you’re new to dance or just love a good beat.

HIGH Fitness is breaking the mold and taking a bold, unique approach to group fitness. HIGH took Old School Aerobics and transformed it into a modern, heart-pounding, fun, and effective workout. 

Full body cardio session, using lightly weighted exercise drumsticks. Torch calories and tone while rocking out to your favorite music.

A dance fitness workout combining current hit music and choreography to help students feel confident and strong. This high-cardio exercise combines jazz, ballet and hip hop moves with calisthenics in a HIIT format for a full-body workout.

An aerobic exercise class based on Latin-inspired and contemporary dance moves. With variable music speeds and complexity. Come join “The Party!”

Senior Fitness Classes

Fit 4 Life

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance along with a chair for seated and/or standing support.

A lower level aerobics class using dumbbells, medicine balls and resistance tubing, geared toward seniors but all are welcome.

A low impact class using a variety of equipment designed in a circuit format. Classes are geared towards seniors but all are welcome.

Combines traditional yoga poses, stretches and strength exercises to enhance balance, flexibility, strength, and muscle endurance. Performed seated and standing (no floor), this class is suitable for seniors, beginners, or anyone needing a moderate intensity workout.

Water Classes

Aqua Zumba

Aqua Zumba® blends the high-energy fun of Zumba with the refreshing resistance of water for a total-body workout that feels more like a pool party than exercise. Designed for all fitness levels, this low-impact class takes place in the shallow end, where the water supports your joints while adding natural resistance to help tone muscles and build endurance.

A shallow water class designed to build strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness using water resistance without the impact of traditional land classes

At the Y, no experience is needed. We’re here to support you every step of the way. Our instructors create a welcoming environment where every workout can be modified to fit your level.
