At the Y, we believe in connecting mind, body and spirit. With our hot yoga class you will be connecting movement, body awareness and breathing techniques to help improve your overall well-being.
Our Hot Yoga takes place in a state of the art heated studio with temperatures between 85-98 degrees. A heated environment allows your muscles to relax, strengthen and stretch. Hot Yoga can increase cardio levels and intensity while working to relax and calm the mind.
We encourage you to bring your own mat and towel/yoga towel. Be sure to hydrate and bring plenty of water.
