Tri the Y (Modified Triathlon 10-10-10)

SWIM, RUN & BIKE and join us for a modified triathlon at the Pickens YMCA.

Waves will run every 15 min and athletes will participate for laps and miles accumulated within 10 minutes in each discipline (Laps swam in 10 minutes, laps run on the outdoor field in 10 minutes, and miles ridden on the indoor bikes in 10 minutes).

Participants will receive a participation medal, a gift bag and a t-shirt.

To prepare for the Tri the Y event, participants can also register for FREE triathlon Workshops leading up to the event. These events will help new and seasoned athletes feel ready for the Tri.

The Workshops will go over all the “need to knows” on what you need, what to expect, how to prep, and the basics of swimming, biking and running.
