Tim Ballard is the Properties Director for the YMCA of Easley, Pickens & Powdersville. He officially stepped into this role in April 2025, bringing with him a wealth of experience in facilities management and a deep passion for the mission of the Y.

Tim’s professional background includes serving as a facilities supervisor, engineer, and machinist, as well as coaching youth baseball and football. In addition to his extensive maintenance experience, Tim has also been a pastor for nearly 30 years—bringing a servant’s heart and strong leadership to every role he takes on. Prior to becoming Properties Director, he was already part of our Y family, serving as a Wellness Coach and making a meaningful impact on members and staff alike.

As Properties Director, Tim oversees the maintenance and care of all Y facilities, ensuring our branches remain safe, functional, and welcoming to all. His leadership plays a vital role in supporting our staff and members across the association.

Tim lives in Piedmont and is passionate about serving others. He brings both practical expertise and spiritual purpose to his work, and we are grateful to have him leading this important area of our organization.
