Dinnia Cairy

Dinnia Cairy is the Aquatics Director at the Powdersville YMCA, part of the YMCA of Easley, Pickens & Powdersville. She joined our team in October 2026, bringing extensive experience in aquatics leadership, swim instruction, and program development.
Before joining our Y, Dinnia served as Aquatics Director at the YMCA in Greeneville, Tennessee, for three years. She previously spent more than five years as a lifeguard, where her commitment to the Y’s mission and strong work ethic led to an opportunity to lead the department.
Dinnia holds multiple aquatic certifications and brings a variety of swim lesson experiences, along with the successful launch of a swim team. Her background equips her to support aquatics staff and help swimmers of all ages build confidence and skills in the water.
Dinnia is committed to putting Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. She looks forward to connecting with members and helping create a safe, welcoming aquatics community.
